After years of training with Shipibo maestros, engaging in master-plant dietas, and studying the nervous system through a trauma-informed lens, I’ve committed my life to creating safe and transformative medicine experiences.
I personally interview every participant to ensure alignment and safety.

My work bridges esoteric wisdom with scientific insight, making profound experiences practical and integrative.

Hello, I’m Pål—a lifelong explorer of consciousness and compassionate truth.
For 30 years, I’ve immersed myself in the realms of:
- Shamanism (primarily Shipibo traditions)
- Somatic healing & trauma work
- Tantra, integral sexology, embodiment, and meditation
- Coaching, hypnotherapy, and transpersonal psychology
My journey has been one of courageous listening—to my own inner voice, to the wisdom of master plants, and to the patterns of the human psyche.
MEET Pål: The Founder •
Trauma-Informed Shamanic Practitioner • Integration Coach
In Ceremony, I am a highly intuitive facilitator, offering a strong, gentle and loving presence.
The Wheel of Life is my guide and I practice living in harmony with the elements, seasons, moon and the sun. I have a passion for myths, stories and the ways of our ancestors.
Since 2018 I’ve been a facilitator and director of Garden of Alchemy, and we held a strong feminine and masculine container together.
Together we work with our allies Kambo, Cacao and Fungi.
I have been initiated by Grandfather Fire and I work in harmony with the wisdom and guidance of my ancestral team.
Born into Norwegian lineage, I have experienced many openings in consciousness throughout my lifetime.
I was called to practice meditation, yoga and tantra. Having practised tantric arts for a decade,
I have now been journeying in several tantric lineages.
The support of my brothers throughout my journey has been key, and one of my passions is the depth of men’s work. The practice of Yoga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is fundamental.
. I’m a certified advanced Kambo Practitioner with IAKP, with origins from the Amazonian Matses linage.
I’m currently apprenticing with the Norse tree language of Runes. I regularly sit in the presence of the great mystery through the divination of Runes.
For two years I’ve been apprenticing in Q’ero lineage with Grandfather Huachuma and my last year the calling has been to initiate
with Grandmother and Shipibo lineage.

I will honor Ayahuasca as a sacred teacher.

I will call upon the songs, silence, and spirit allies only in service of healing. I will close the space with gratitude, ensuring the vessel is whole.

I will honor the indigenous stewards of this medicine and their traditions.
I will not claim what is not mine, but walk in gratitude for what has been shared.
I will support the protection of the rainforest, the cultures, and the wisdom keepers.
I will acknowledge that this path is born of plants and prayers older than I can comprehend.

I will guide seekers not only through visions, but by bringing those visions into life.
I will remain available, compassionate, and supportive in the days that follow.
I will encourage practices of embodiment, service, and truth.

"I was fortunate enough to be in a Sacred Ceremony
held by Pål in 2023.
Throughout the whole experience, I felt safe and secure.
Pål's way of leading the ceremony is excellent.
The trauma-informed approach with a Questionnaire, zoom-talk and other preparations in advance were great.
This focus is a very important but often overlooked process.
The integration afterwards makes this a massive step towards how this has to be done, where there is a chance to be recognized as what it is; a great gift with the potential to help many people overcome traumas and live richer and more fulfilling and emphatic lives.
