Integration is where transformation takes root — or doesn't. Too many do the deep work in ceremony, then go home and let it fade. We don't let that happen.
A dedicated integration call both with the group and individual call will take place two weeks after the retreat.

As preparation we have a welcome-call to get to know each other and knowing if we are the right fit for each other and if it is safe for you to go on such a deep journey. You will always conduct an individual trauma-informed intention-setting form and a call with you prior to the retreat. During this session, we will explore your personal history and traumas, enhancing your awareness of potential blocks in your life. This screening will also offer ongoing support throughout the weekend and beyond. Additionally, we will collaboratively establish a preparation plan (pre-dieta) with practices for the days leading up to the retreat.

Sometimes life cracks us open.
A relationship ends.

practicalities - OSLO
Participant safety is our highest priority.
If a participant is unable to attend due to a medical condition, medication interaction, psychological readiness concern, or any other safety-related issue identified during the screening process, Ayathyst will seek to support the participant through a retreat transfer whenever possible.
In such cases:
Payments may be transferred to a future Ayathyst retreat within 24 months.
Transfer requests must be discussed directly with the retreat organizers.
Refunds are not automatically provided, as significant preparation and administrative costs may already have been incurred.
We strongly encourage participants to disclose all relevant medical, psychological, and medication information honestly and as early as possible. Participants will never be penalized for prioritizing safety and transparency.
Medical, Medication, and Safety-Related Postponements
Early Departure
1.More than 30 days before the retreat
Participants who cancel more than 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a refund of all monies paid, minus an administrative fee of €250.
Between 15 and 30 days before the retreat
Participants who cancel between 15 and 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total retreat fee.
Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer 100% of their payment toward a future Ayathyst retreat within 24 months of the original retreat date.
Less than 15 days before the retreat
Payments are non-refundable.
However, at Ayathyst's discretion, all or part of the payment may be transferred to a future retreat if exceptional circumstances apply.
Reservation and Payment
At Ayathyst, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and transformative retreat experience. Organizing a retreat involves significant preparation, including venue reservations, staffing, medicine preparation, participant screening, and personalized support before arrival.
For this reason, the following booking, cancellation, and transfer policy applies to all retreat registrations.

AYATHYST REFUND POLICY
A retreat place is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
Because spaces are limited and preparations begin well before the retreat, all payments are subject to the cancellation and transfer terms below.
Participant Cancellation
Participants who choose to leave a retreat early, withdraw voluntarily, or are asked to leave due to safety concerns, violation of retreat agreements, or behaviour that compromises the well-being of the group are not eligible for a refund.
In the unlikely event that Ayathyst cancels a retreat, participants will be offered either:
A full refund of all monies paid to Ayathyst; or
A full transfer of funds to a future retreat.
Ayathyst is not responsible for costs incurred outside of the retreat fee, including flights, transportation, accommodation booked independently, travel insurance, or other personal expenses.

We recognize that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. While this policy exists to protect the viability of the retreat and the livelihoods of those involved in its creation, we aim to approach every situation with fairness, compassion, and common sense.
